David G. Kreeft, CLU, ChFC, Principal and Owner
David G. Kreeft is a founding partner of LKA, and has over thirty five years of experience in life insurance and employee benefits. David holds the highest designations in the insurance industry: CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) – 1981; ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) – 1983. As a Principal of LKA, David brings his unparalleled knowledge of the industry and dedication to client service. He is also a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table and qualifying member of “top of the table” (less than 1% of agents in the nation) and is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, David brings experience as a health care professional as a former ICU trauma nurse, this makes David a valuable asset in interpreting health care needs within the insurance landscape. He has lived in Nevada since 1966 and participates actively in our community.
Kelly E. LeGrow, Principal and Owner
Kelly E. LeGrow is a well-known executive in the health care industry. Kelly is responsible for the day-to-day management of all firm’s activity. In the course of her career, she has developed and implemented operational, business and marketing strategies for hospitals, managed care organizations and physician groups. She also has analyzed provider networks, benefit plans and operational strategies for health care organizations. Her resume includes Senior Management positions for Sierra Health Services, Silver State Administrators, Prime Health, John Alden Life and Horizon Health Care. She has lived in southern Nevada since 1984 and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Kelly serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Nevada Chapter of the American Lung Association.
Lori Wilkinson, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Lori Wilkinson brings more than 20 years of national and international experience in sales, leadership, business development, customer and retail marketing, strategic planning and contract negotiation. During her career, she has held a variety of positions with some of the top companies on the Fortune 100 to include The Coca-Cola® Company, M&M/Mars Inc.®, and Nestle Foods®. Before joining Distinct Benefit Solutions, she took on an entrepreneurial role by founding her own firm that offered sales, marketing and strategic alliance expertise to various small business and corporate partners. Lori holds a BS from Utah State University and she is a 4-generation Nevada native. A committed volunteer, she offers her time and talent to the Gary Morris Invitational benefiting TAPS and American Airlines Celebrity events benefiting Susan G. Komen and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundations. Lori is responsible for strategy development, sales and execution, LKA marketing and client support, account management, wellness program development and employee benefit marketing and education communication.
